SO inspired by these kids Rob and Jazzy raising awareness for organ donation:

"Our dad, Patrick, was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) called Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA). He had a heart transplant on March 6, 2012, but he died on April 10, 2012. He and his donor will always be our heroes."

They asked fr 1 millions 'likes' on facebook. They got it. Then they said thank you with this sign. No Rob and Jazzy, thank YOU! And thanks to your mom and late dad for raising such terrific kids.
