I'm delighted that the Drive SunShine Institute in Boulder, Colorado is scaling up to deliver 100,000 test drives of fast electric cars powered by renewable energy every year! By replacing expensive foreign oil with wind and solar we are cutting emissions in half over the next 20 years and growing the American GDP by more than 2%.
