I am so grateful that my husband of 27 years was able to take a totally new approach to stress. His former methods had him living in fear, lack and misery despite many wonderful things in his life. Yesterday though he got some bad financial news he was able to realize that it wasn't worth getting upset about and maintained his peace. I have been trying to help him see this for all these years, and he finally gets it!
