Seven years ago, my daughter (then 25) got the flu which turned into a near-fatal case of TTP from which her doctors did not expect her to survive, or if she did expected her to have massive brain damage. She had 2 massive heart attacks, her blood was sludge, her heart, liver, and kidneys shut down. When she left the hospital with no residual problems 30 days later, one of her 21 doctors called her his 'miracle patient' and told her that he could not explain her recovery, to appreciate her second chance at life and do good things. I am so grateful for God's miracles, in all sizes and shapes.
