just wanna send kudos out to the nightshift in the NSICU at LVH....I have been working odd hours and so have had the pleasure of working with the night crew. They are smart, pleasant, interesting and young ! I am sure most would prefer another timeslot but they trudge on... working as hard as any shift/unit and with less resources!
