  Former homeless woman who identified herself only as Lynn said she lived outside for around a year before moving into the Margeson Apartments, the low-income and senior housing on Middle Street. She said she used to live along the railroad tracks that cut through Portsmouth, and life was not easy. She heaped praise on Jen Stout, a substance abuse counselor with Families First who helped pull her out of homelessness. "I can't say enough about Jen.
