Worth the trip . . .

  On a trip to Scotland, we came over a blind rise on the Isle of Skye. A rolling green glen bordered by stark rock mountains came into view. I stopped the car in the road and just sat dumbfounded for a few minutes. It may be the most beautiful place on earth. The experience made the trip down the birth canal and all the resulting crap worthwhile.
