To help find a missing college student Hannah Graham. the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and others 12 donated full-color digital billboards in Fredericksburg, Richmond, Hampton, Newport News, Colonial Heights and Hopewell for Hannah's picture and TIPLINE phone number. Thanks also The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children for helping make this happen.
